    The purpose of this blog is to gather my thoughts and review relevant literature as I pursue the specific goal of writing a book on ethics. このブログの目標は倫理の本を書くために文学を検討することと思考を正せることでござる。
    The ethic that I construct will be based on that built by Murray Rothbard in his Ethics of Liberty. Particular improvements include: 拙者の倫理が自由の倫理でマリー・ロスバードが書いた倫理に基づく。以下の特定な改造をするつもりでござる。
  • Integration of homesteading and abandonment, resulting in abandonment that does not require the owner’s consent.

  • ホームステッドと放棄の論を統合すること。結果的に所有者の承知もなくても放棄が実現することもある。
  • A different basis of punishment, where conflicts are settled by agreement, rather than rote application of an arbitrary formula.

  • 別の基に付いた刑罰の論。紛争は恣意的な式でなく、合意で解決するようになる。
  • An explicit analysis of the death of a man without any heirs.

  • 後継者のない人の死の分析。
  • An analysis of intervention in crime; specifically, no one has an unqualified right to assist the victim of a crime.

  • 違反に介入することの分析。特定に、人は被害者を手伝う権利を無条件に持たない。
    • Incidentally, as practice in my second language, I’ll be writing everything in Japanese as well. Due to my shortcomings in the language, I cannot guarantee the Japanese is a perfect translation, however. ついでに、第二言語を練習することでこのブログの全てを日本語にも書く。拙者の言語の下手さで、完璧な翻訳とは保証できない。
